Package: runit
Version: 2.1.1-6.2
Severity: wishlist

Please have the runit package place the following file
at /lib/systemd/system/runit.service  :

----------
[Unit]
Description=A process supervising daemon

[Service]
Type=simple
ExecStart=/usr/sbin/runsvdir-start

[Install]
WantedBy=multi-user.target
----------

With that file present, the local administrator of a machine running
systemd as pid 1 can take advantage of any existing runit service
directories currently configured in /etc/service by doing:

 systemctl enable runit
 systemctl start runit

This is analogous to the line added to /etc/inittab for users of
sysvinit as PID 1.

Thanks for maintaining runit in debian!

Regards,

        --dkg
