Recommend waiting on packaging; there's a probable format change coming
as a result of the beta-testing.  IOW, when "2.0" comes out it will
generate encrypted messages in a slightly different format than
"2.0-beta" does right now, and the "2.0-beta" format will never be
recommended for production.

Sorry for the inconvenience.  It's actually a fairly minor change, just
happens to unavoidably have format implications due to causing a bit
more pad to be used up (thus affecting offset calculations).

OneTime hits "2.0" (without the "-beta") it will definitely be ready for
packaging.
