Oh, and if it matters, it looks like it doesn't show up in --help yet:
$ meta/guile --help | grep Debian
$ meta/guile -c \
'(use-modules (ice-9 pretty-print)) (pretty-print %guile-build-info)' \
| grep packager
((packager-bug-reports
(packager-version . "2.0.9-deb+1-2~1.gbpedcc92")
