It shouldn't be that frequent. Perhaps there's something else misbehaving (like the kernel generating too many events). Also, you see the message ONAC, only if you have ENABLE_LAPTOP_MODE_ON_AC=1, which in your case in disabled. So this issue must be elsewhere. Please look into the complete syslog. There must be other tools reporting mis-behavior.
