I accidentally assigned the bug to xserver-xorg-video-intel at first but now I believe libgl1-mesa-dri is the correct package. According to http://cgit.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/commit/?id=bdf3f50e9a85e4c063b46ceaf23bceb07b06b82e the fix should be part of the 9.2 branch of Mesa. Perhaps the actual libgl1-mesa-dri package in Debian experimental does already include it.
