Package: apt Version: 0.8.0 Severity: wishlist Acquire::http::ProxyAutoDetect has become very handy for autodetecting networks with apt-cachers like ACNG (see for example squid-deb-proxy).
In other words, allows painless proxy discovery for those of us proxy impaired. Saddly it is not documented in apt.conf(5). Being documented would help in implementations like the one described in #726430.
