It looks like José Carlos (the maintainer) is missing, I checked his packages page and if I didn't overlook anything it seems that he has not uploaded anything to Debian in the past two years. The latest uploads of some of his packages (rdup, gloox, libgpg-error, also goocanvas) are NMUs.
