Looks like you don't have dc=sample,dc=com or
ou=People,dc=sample,dc=com or some other parent object.

check your LDAP tree with ldapsearch -x

I mean you should better contact ldapscripts author directly if _you_
have some ideas about improvements in _his_ software.
As maintainer I can fix obvious bugs, or forward some real problems to
upstream. But when you want to share your _ideas_ I'm just an
unnecessary retransmitter.

Ldapscripts author Ganael could be accessed via bugtracker on
http://sourceforge.net/projects/ldapscripts/ or directly via e-mail
(see copyright file).
