Joey fixed the default for Russia (but I'm puzzled by the choice being "Moscow+00 - west Russia"...shouldn't this be "Europe/Moscow"?), but I think at least Brazil would benefit a more appropriate default (it currently has Noronha, the first choice) Either Sao Paulo (main city, the TZ also including Rio) or whatever TZ Brasilia (country capital) is.
