Hi,

I think this idea is very interesting. Vasilis reported that wmaker doesn't 
read the system-wide WMGLOBAL configuration file, only the users file.

Probably could be a good idea "merge" both files. Read the sytem global conf 
file, read the user conf file, merge both files and create the final 
configuration. The user conf file should overwrite the previous loaded system 
configuration.

In many systems, the user configuration file could be empty (or no exists).

What do you think?
