*temporary* breakage until the stuff is rebuilt. If harfbuzz changes ABI a LO uploaded months ago before that new harfbuzz wasn't even uploaded can't do changes *before* that fact to handle it. Yes, it should be handled. That "Handling" is a rebuild in this case and that one is/was done as we speak and while you reported the bug. As said: sid is _unstable_. Stuff like this happens.
