I haven't found this to be a problem, but I can see that it would be useful to make the puzzles resizable and/or to scale them according to the physical resolution of the screen. I shall ask Simon why he disabled resizing in the front-end before making a change though. By the way, it is possible to override the default sizes by setting environment variables of the form <name-of-game>_TILESIZE, where the name is changed to upper-case (and doesn't include any "game" suffix that I've added).
