Package: spice-vdagent Severity: normal Version: 0.10.1-1 Hi,
Wheezy's spice-vdagent installs /etc/xdg/autostart/spice-vdagent.desktop and /usr/share/gdm/autostart/LoginWindow/spice-vdagent.desktop, but apparently none of these is taken into account by GDM. As a result, the agent is not running in the GDM greeter, which is annoying e.g. when one is used to pasting looong passwords into VM's login prompt. If /etc/xdg/autostart/spice-vdagent.desktop is copied into /usr/share/gdm/greeter/autostart, then the agent is started by GDM and works fine. So the fix seems pretty trivial. I'm going to try and reproduce this in current sid too.
