I'm speaking about plugins and themes updates, I agree about Wordpress being installed and updated in the Debian way. Some plugins don't work if I put them in /var/lib/wordpress/, most of themes doesn't as well. All they work if I put them in /usr/share/wordpress/ and then I make a symlink in /var/lib/wordpress/ to them. But then if I have to update them I have to move them back to usr, update, move to var and redo the symlink. Cheers, Matteo
