Hi. In Debian wheezy we have the same problem as already described.
The AqBanking wizard crashes if I try to creatw a new user. Furthermore gnucash can not handle already existing users. I have got two computers. The home directory is NFS-shared. This way the configfiles used for tests are the same. Computer a) Debian squeeze with squeeze-backports ii gnucash 1:2.4.10-2~bpo60+1 ii libaqbanking-data 5.0.22-1~bpo60+1 ii libaqbanking-plugins-libgwenhywfar60 5.0.22-1~bpo60+1 ii libaqbanking33 5.0.22-1~bpo60+1 ii libaqbanking33-plugins 5.0.22-1~bpo60+1 ii libchipcard-data 5.0.2-1~bpo60+1 ii libchipcard-libgwenhywfar60-plugins 5.0.2-1~bpo60+1 ii libchipcard6 5.0.2-1~bpo60+1 It works very well. I can start the aqbanking dialog (which I normally don't need) and use the already existing user data to download transactions ("Actions->Online Actions->Get transactions..."). Computer b) upgraded from squeeze (and squeeze-backports) to wheezy ii gnucash 1:2.4.10-6 ii libaqbanking-data 5.0.24-3 ii libaqbanking-plugins-libgwenhywfar60 5.0.24-3 ii libaqbanking34 5.0.24-3 ii libchipcard-data 5.0.3beta-3 ii libchipcard-libgwenhywfar60-plugins 5.0.3beta-3 ii libchipcard-tools 5.0.3beta-3 ii libchipcard6 5.0.3beta-3 Trying to issue "Actions->Online Actions->Get transactions..." results in the error message "No valid online banking account assigned." In the dialog "Tools->Online Banking Setup...-> button forward -> button "Start AqBanking Wizard" the already exiting user data is not shown. Clicking the button "Create user" results in a crash: gnucash: list1.c:59: GWEN_List1_GetCount: Assertion `l' failed. Moving ~/.aqbanking away and restarting gnucash was no help. How to reproduce the bug: - start gnucash in an clean user account - Tools -> Online Banking Setup... ; button "forward" ; button "Start AqBanking Wizard" ; button "Create user" -> CRASH ~$ export LANG=en_US ~$ gnucash --debug * 11:58:30 WARN <Gtk> Locale not supported by C library. Using the fallback 'C' locale. Found Finance::Quote version 1.17 gnucash: list1.c:59: GWEN_List1_GetCount: Assertion `l' failed. Abgebrochen Thanks, R.
