it would nice to have a gbp subcommand similar to apt-config or git-config for two functionalities: * To dump the final gbp.conf merged from multiple locations. E.g. "gbp config dump". * To extract single values so that your not forced to reinvent the wheel if you have to extract data from that config. E.g. "gbp config get debian-branch" or "gbp config get import-dsc:debian-branch".
