Package: emacsen-common
Version: 2.0.5
Followup-For: Bug #733061

  Hi,

Same thing for me. I had emacsen-common 2.0.5 installed without the
/var/lib/emacsen-common/state/package/installed/emacsen-common file.
I find it when looking why ess emacs mode was not working anymore.
I reinstalled emacsen-common (same version 2.0.5) and that created the
missing file. Then I reinstalled ess and now the mode is compiled and available
as a user. Probably that only reconfiguring (instead of reinstalling) would
have been enough.

Do you know a way to know which emacs related packages (such as ess) I should
reconfigure, to be sure that all emacs files are compiled?

  Regards
    Vincent
