It's the only report that tracks the symptom instead of that specific proposed fix --- e.g., if libcurl could use the shared nssdb instead of PEM certificates when using the NSS backend, that would be a fine way to solve this. If you don't want to keep track of it, I can reassign to git. And if you want to drop libcurl3-nss until libnsspem gets packaged, that would be another fine way of closing this and I wouldn't mind.
