I'm enclosing a minimal SVG file, containing just one badly rendered arrowhead, and the corresponding PDF file created using rsvg-convert --format=pdf arrow.svg >arrow.pdf Note that there is a discrepancy between the arrowhead in the SVG version and the same arrowhead in the PDF version. The PDF version has an extra artifact that should not be there. The same issue occurs when converting to PNG.
