Package: freeplayer
Version: 20070531+dfsg.1-3
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,
I've just installed freeplayer and when I want to run it, I get:

$ freeplayer
VLC media player 2.0.3 Twoflower (revision 2.0.2-93-g77aa89e)
vlc: unknown option or missing mandatory argument `--http-charset=ISO-8859-1'
Try `vlc --help' for more information.

It may be related to the new version (2.x) of vlc that is in testing and does
not support legacy command line options.

Thanks,
Tomasz
