Package: dhelp
Version: 0.6.21+nmu3
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,
   hello,
   * What led up to the situation?
I just tried to invoke dhelp which leads to a request of the url
http://localhost/dwww/.
But I got a file not found error. But no errors in the apache-error-logs
(strange)
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
    I started dpkg-reconfigure dhelp
   * What was the outcome of this action?
Building HTML tree.../usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/debian.rb:24:in `require': no
such file to load -- debian_version (LoadError)

        from /usr/sbin/dhelp_parse:28:in `require'
        from /usr/sbin/dhelp_parse:28
dhelp: Error: building of the HTML tree failed; check mount options and disk
space for '/usr/share/doc/HTML' and run 'dhelp_parse -r' to retry the build
process.

I also tried this: 'dhelp_parse -r' which leads to:
/usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/debian.rb:24:in `require': no such file to load --
debian_version (LoadError)
        from /usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/debian.rb:24
        from /usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/1.8/dhelp/exporter/cgimap.rb:23:in
`require'
        from /usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/1.8/dhelp/exporter/cgimap.rb:23
        from /usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/1.8/dhelp/exporter/html.rb:2:in
`require'
        from /usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/1.8/dhelp/exporter/html.rb:2
        from /usr/sbin/dhelp_parse:28:in `require'
        from /usr/sbin/dhelp_parse:28

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
A new build HTML-direcory. There is enough space in my filesystem by the
way.
I got a new version of ruby-debian recently, maybe this is the culprit
