Package: wine Version: 1.6.1-13 Severity: normal Tags: upstream patch Dear Maintainer,
steam currently doesn't work with wine 1.6.x because of a bug within wine < 1.7.9 (or maybe 1.7.8?). A patch has been submitted to wine git to address this problem. The patch is a simple one-liner: http://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/blobdiff/e810a58494bd43e2344b5dfb65a0f47cf3ca2613..fd65b0a1c3f5f981cc110ca9e6a0edb6323e1296:/dlls/ntdll/nt.c It would be great if you could include this patch. The Linux steam client doesn't support many games right now, therefore many people still need to use the windows client with wine.
