I just wonder why nobody from tect-ctte take care about the exact
specification of that "bare minimum" (or, in other words, what exactly
is wrong with sysvinit).  Correct me, please, if I'm wrong.

The whole 3000+ thread is about different features of one or another
sysvinit replacement.  Or do we buy the least terrible variant from the 
submitted?
