My baseline that I aim to be able to bootstrap from is either a minimal
debootstrap chroot with --variant=buildd, or a minimal Linux From Scratch type
chroot. In both cases, the initial state doesn't allow for multilib compiles,
so from there it's an uphill climb to get to the point of being able to
bootstrap the full gcc-4.8, gcc-4.7 and eglibc source packages.
