The Debian cal is the first one that I've ever run into that supports
either. The cal on OpenBSD 5.4, Mac OS X 10.9, and RHEL 6 (the systems I
have handy) all don't.

Highlighting is great. I argue merely that it should only highlight when
the output's going to a terminal.
