Package: openvpn Version: 2.0.5-1 Severity: normal Upgrading with stop2upgrade=true means that openvpn is stopped during an upgrade (sorry, not sure where). But the postinst tries to restart with cond-restart and that only restarts running VPNs.
Obviously using restart rather than cond-restart would fix this bug but I don't know enough about the package to know whether that's the right fix or not. Thanks!
