Bug#723131: /etc/init.d/lxc: Initscript search for /usr/bin/lxc which doesn't exist in sid/jessie

This has been fixed in 2013 for lxc/0.9.0-20, however 0.9.0~alpha3-2+deb8u1
in unstable does not contain the fix.
