Mr. Daniel,
Thanks for your time. This host is sparc architecture based. (There is no 
problem in amd64) I also believe that vsftpd package may not be a cause of this 
bug. But definitely this is a bug in debian system as whole. I am very much new 
to the lifecycle of debian maintenance. If you are sure vsftpd package is no 
cause for this issue, I would like to debug on debian system as whole.
