this also happens to fgfs-base. All binary packages that used to be built by fgfs-base have been taken over by flightgear-data. The maintainer of flightgear-data, which has all the packages in testing, cannot upload since he get's the "DM's can't hijack packages" error after uploading even though he is the maintainer of every package that is in testing.
