retitle 244625 [patch] Need space after "..."

Bug#244625 reports 2 style issues:
* default font choice
* spacing after "..."
As for the first one, let's leave default values for these taste issues
such as font choice to the root of the packages, i.e., tetex (or latex).
Let's not do adhoc fix from debiandoc-sgml. So please file bug again to
the appropriate package. I suggest to consider this bug report to be
on "..." which is about debiandoc-sgml issue.
This is a part of package update proposal activity with Jens. I am not
the maintainer of this package but more or less the heaviest user of
this one :-) Ardo, is this OK?
