First of all, thanks to Matt for adding his +1. :)
Please note, however, that the script from the old resolvconf package
is sub-optimal insofar as it writes a whole dynamic options file
instead of just the fragment comprising a forwarders{} statement.
I earlier wrote, "If the bind9 maintainers agree to include the
requested hook script then I am prepared to write and submit it here."
That offer still stands, but I have never heard a peep from the bind9
maintainers, so I have not submitted a modified script.
