-- System Information:
Debian Release: 7.2
Architecture: armhf (armv6l)
Kernel: Linux 3.10.32+ (PREEMPT)
Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8)
Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash
I regularly check PI core temp using vcgencmd using a cron script.
Recently (beginning in 2014) I find the vcgencmd call stuck (I've run the same
script since summer 2013 and problem began after new year - I do occasionally
upgrade firmware and debian OS)
If I try to read the temp raw off the file system (can't remember that file
though) the command (cat) get stuck too.
Killing vcgencmd (or cat) in this situation does not help, they (at least
vcgencmd) becomes zombie.
Regards
Stefan
