Currently, I can't install libpng16-dev, because it immediately tries to remove libpng12-dev, which in turn removes libfreetype6-dev, libxft-dev and tk8.6-dev, so the libtk-img build dependencies become uninstallable. Thank you for the report, I'll definitely try to fix it after I'll be able to install the libtk-img build dependencies together with libpng16-dev.
