Just another thought- I'm fairly sure the ftpmasters would not let this change happen, even if galeon maintainers agreed to it. It is not a huge saving, especially considering that this package is for desktop machines, where space is generally less of an issue. Also, more importantly, it just isn't done in general; why should galeon be any different?
