Package: xfce4 Version: 4.10.1 Followup-For: Bug #710424 I've checked and it seems Xfwm does read the opacity settings from Xfconf correctly but then they get changed to 100 right after reading those settings. It looks like the culprit is the CLAMP macro being used, but this macro doesn't seem to be from Xfwm.
