You probably need to follow the positivessl installation documentation
[0] and include the intermediate CA certificate file(s) in your web
server configuration. The various Comodo root CA certificates are
already in ca-certificates. Once you have the web server properly
configured, to test that your SSL configuration is correct and see the
CA chain, it may be better to use s_client instead of wget:

$ openssl s_client -CApath /etc/ssl/certs/ -connect d3xbucharest.go.ro:443
