Package: git-annex Version: 5.20140405 Severity: wishlist One way I would like to use git-annex is managing a photo collection, tagging those photos ready for release e.g. "gallery". On the gallery server, there then would reside a (possibly "direct") clone of the repo with a tag-select view applied.
Unfortunately, when someone adds a new file with the "gallery" tag and syncs with a central repo, it seems like the only way to get the repo on the gallery server to include the file is to vpop-sync-view.
