Package: burp
Severity: Important
To make the burp compatible without a delta in Ubuntu.
Because this package doesn't use automake, autotools-dev is necessary, even
though it's using autoreconf, to update config.{sub,guess}.
If we add this no delta is needed any more for Ubuntu and cleany be build for
ppc64
