   The field's value uses the version control system's conventional
   syntax for describing repository locations and should be sufficient
   to locate the repository used for packaging.

attr's current Vcs-* fields refer to
git://git.savannah.nongnu.org/attr.git and
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/attr.git, which is the upstream
repository and doesn't contain the Debian packaging.  If you don't have
a Debian packaging repository, it would be better to omit these fields
(and perhaps refer to them in documentation somewhere), otherwise tools
such as debcheckout(1) will do the wrong thing.
