It appears that the Vcs-Browser and Vcs-Git control fields are outdated. The git repository at git://anonscm.debian.org/collab-maint/mongodb.git hasn't been updated since 2013-10-18 for version 2.4.6-1 while the current version in unstable is 2.4.10-1. If this repository is no longer used, it should be removed to avoid misleading users about where to find the most recent package source (unless you do want patches against this old version).
