I'm now seeing #293546 after upgrading from wmacpi 2.0-1 to 2.1-1. The
only other change to my system was the addition of libdockapp2
0.5.0-1.1.
I normally run wmacpi swallowed by FVWM's FvwmButtons module. Run this
way, wmacpi only shows a black box. When I run wmacpi on its own, I
observe the following symptoms, which are almost the same as those of
bug #280495:
When run on its own, wmacpi displays only a black window. (With 2.0-1, I
observed the stuck display symptom of #280495.) When I iconfiy it, its
icon displays the normal battery status display, with proper animation
and status updates. Deiconifying it returns to the black window.
I believe that #280495 and #293546 are the same bug, changed slightly
between releases.
