That is indeed the correct way, but the lm-sensors package is buggy and
your case is not correctly taken into account in your case. I will fix
that in the next upload.

No, this happen only happens if you upgrade lm-sensors from a version
lower than 1:3.1.1-5, so your configuration file should now be safe.
