Package: vmdebootstrap Version: 0.2-2das-boot2 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
When vmdebootstrap completes, the generated images are always owned by the root user. This is very inconvenient for automated builds which need to be able to operate on the built image file. The attached patch adds an --owner flag to vmdebootstrap which, when specified, changes the image's owner to the flag's value. This allows automated builds to continue working with the image file without needing root privileges any longer than absolutely necessary.
