enclosed is an input file for scan that meets the dvb signals receivable in Duesseldorf and the Ruhrgebiet (Germany). A channels.conf files does not make sense ATM, as they are going to change the frequency usage in April 2005. The frequencies themselves will stay the same, so you only have to rerun scan after that date. Maybe you like to include it in the examples section of the documentation as de-duesseldorf and forward it to the upstream authors.
