Hi, I am also experiencing this problem. The stable version of ldns does not support the kind of records that prompt me to start using dnssec in the first place!
Found somewhere in the internet that newer versions of ldns fixed this issue, and there is a version in backports (the same the OP is using), but this breaks opendnssec-signer. Is there a chance of backporting a fix for this? The alternative, dnssec-tools, is very buggy and also does not support many of the new RRs. And most people using DNSSEC-related tools are probably using stable and not testing or sid...
