Hi,

while looking at #750064, I noticed the lcms support is not enabled,
even though there is the liblcms-dev build dependency.

The reason is that eom actually wants lcms2, so switching that B-D to
liblcms2-dev enables the lcms support. Patch attached for it (although
I only build-tested it, I'm not actually a eom user).

(Also, there is a plan to remove lcms1 from the archive before Jessie,
see also https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2013/12/msg00570.html)
