Dear Maintainer,
Sometimes, an upgrade of a package requires an user interaction (ex : a
important notification). When this happens, the upgrade progress is stalled
waiting for user interaction :
If python-vte is not installed. The user to open the console output integrated
into synaptic and validate the notification. This is not obvious as the console
is hidden by default.
if python-vte is installed, a gtk popup appears. So the user clearly
understands he has to validate the notification to continue.
Please add python-vte package as a requirement with synaptic so.
