I don't know the interna of this plugin, but there will be a reason why
the minVersion and the maxVersion is not greater 26 as far as I have
seen.
So I don't think it's wise to use a Icedove beta version and try to get
the plugin work with it.

Please ask the maintainer of calendar-exchange-provider if there are
possibilities to get it work with Icedove 30 or greater.

If you need this plugin please use the version 24.x of Icedove, no one
will give you support for beta version of Icedove. Once Thunderbird 31
will alive (it's the next long supported version) there will be surly
an updated version of this plugin that will work with this.

Carsten
