Package: courier-mta 8+ years later, I encounter this bug again, and the first Google result is my own bug report: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=338221
This bug happens after an upgrade, because the directory /etc/courier/smtpaccess/ now contains not just a file called default, but also a file called default.dpkg-old Software upgrades shouldn't break the software guys.
