        :-) Yes, I am.  Thanks a lot for taking care of this.  It seems that we 
got
lucky because it's been accepted into unstable this morning, while the NEW queue
keeps growing.

        I think it may make sense.  We would need to warn the packages that are 
using
libmpeg3-dev to add an additional -I, but I don't see any particular problem
with it.
